The DC Department of Employment Services (DOES)
For DOES, our staff manages numerous project and provides RFP development, Business Analysts leadership, Data Analysis & Design, and PMO support.
The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)
For OSSE, our staff has project managed over 30 efforts and provided SME's, Product Owner, and Software Development staff.
The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO)
In support of OCTO, our team implemented their initial PMO in 2000 and operated this group through 2002 when it was successfully transferred to internal state staff.
The DC Metropolitan Police Department (MPD)
Our team supports a MOTS implementation of a Motorola solution in support of an officer case management solution for the District of Columbia.
The Philadelphia Police Department (PPD)
In partnering with the city of Philadelphia, our staff assisted major corporations in implementing a .NET based police records management system.
